Here in CA, the freeways are a death trap! Is it a law that drivers must have liability insurance in TX? It is here in CA. I'm Hispanic and I have insurance.

Come on out from under the idiot rock you've been living under and dive in to the world beyond southern Texas. Hispanics and their practices are frequent in Texas because the border is right there, especially in the SouthWestern area of Texas, Laredo (etc).

That area is a very small portion of the 'world' of the United States of America. It's not as dirty, garbage in the medians and pretty much everywhere like there is no waste collection service, as it is in Texas all over the US.

Venture North, Son!!! And see the light! Get out from under the dirty rock you're under in Texas. If you make it up as far as Michigan you will barely see any Mexican's.

Stop in Illinois or Iowa or (best) Tennessee!
TN is absolutely gorgeous, and has lots of tourist attractions.

Texas is actually one of the safer roadways to drive on. Louisianna....eh...not so much because of the road conditions there (the roads suck, bumpy, pot holes, etc).

I have driven OTR in a semi for a few years. The most dangerous and congested areas in the US are Maryland around Baltimore and Washington D.C. as well as entering or leaving NY into or from Pennsylvania.

Texas is a mess, quite disgusting due to the garbage in the medians and that is just there in TX near and around Laredo, the rest of this wonderful country is fairly safe - depending upon how safe of a driver YOU are.

New York Highways have so many

Texas and Florida drivers don’t need to because their highways are much wider than New York highways.
