Since more and more New Yorker moving out of the New York City, do you think a general working class buying a condo or house will be better going to Florida or Texas?

Wouldnt you want to buy in a place where the prices are rising...? Or, are you saying you're being priced out?
You can go further outside the city to get some more bang for your buck, being within the city limits keeps your pricing higher.
