Rank fatty acids from most ATP generated to least ATP generated?
I added some letters so it's easier to put them in order. I tried it but got it wrong.

The fatty acids that you have are:
A. saturated, 16 C
B. saturated, 14 C
C. unsaturated, 14 C
D. saturated 13 C
E. saturated 15 C
Beta oxidation of A will yield 8 Acetyl-SCoA + 7 NADH + 7 FADH2.
Beta oxidation of B will yield 7 Acetyl-SCoA + 6 NADH + 6 FADH2
Beta oxidation of C will yield 7 Acetyl-SCoA + 6 NADH + 5 FADH2
Beta oxidation of D will produce 5 Acetyl-CoA, 4 NADH + 4 FADH2 + propionyl-CoA
Beta oxidation of E will produce 6 Acetyl-CoA, 5 NADH +5 FADH2 + propionyl-CoA
The propionyl-CoA will be converted to succinyl-CoA in a set of reactions that consumes 1 ATP. The Succinyl-CoA will be consumed by the remaining part of the CAC, but will produce less ATP than an acetyl CoA.
So, in decreasing ATP order:
A > B > C > E > D
The internet says:
"More C's yield greater ATP per oxidation.
Saturated fats yield greater ATP than unsaturated (double bond) fats"
