3 ab-- = -------- , where a,b -- integers, a>b
2 a-b
ab
Since ----- is in its simplest form,
a-b
we have a-b=2 & ab=3.
Now, when a-b=2,
(a,b)=....,(-1,-3),(0,-2),(1,-1),(2,0),(3,1),(4,2),....
But then ab=3,
∴ (a,b)=(-1,-3),(3,1)
