IS IT STILL Possible she will return? This relationship will be back?

We were in the relationship (Long D) from 2015 to 2018 and we were happy, almost every day will talk to each other, will call or video-call from social media. However, in 2018, I thought she did not love me as usual since she told me she ain't ready to have a bf

All my thoughts went to dark and I did not want to respond anything but to break up with her. She did not return or beg but accept this allowing me to BELIVE she is no longer love me as before. 
 
In these years, (2018 - 2020), I have tried many ways to get her heart back by using letters, emails, gifts or any options that I can do but none of them seems working. Although she came back for a while, a couple of time she will return suddenly...Besides the first she blocked me suddenly and gone, each time I will scold her and block her by her action. I did not know why she returned and she seems acting nothing happened with us...She ignored me for all the letters, emails and gifts that I sent and the day that I cried the most and willing to give up, she came back,I thought that is a fake hope, a lie... 
 
Right now, she blocked me like usual and all the social media is gone. Even though the email is still fine, not yet blocking, she still ignored me. 

She is so unlike other women, some will be gone for the entirety and never returned, left me here for crying. She did it too but she returned...I do not know why? Is it possible for us to be back together? I wish I can understand
