What will be your actual monthly take home?  Providing your hourly salary while providing monthly expenses is just a waste of time...

We can assume you'll be working 40 hours a week, but we have no clue how many hours you'll actually get.  Lots of nurses work 36 hours (3-12 hour shifts)....

It will be really really tight but assuming you're working 40 hours a week you should be able to swing it

Hi. NY is expensive. Hopefully, living costs in miami is cheaper. Just be thrifty. Check if you can another place at a lower rent.
You can survive. Just be proactive in your workplace.
It is the battle of the mind. Be positive and smile at your situation, no matter how it is.
God bless you with peace.

No idea.

What's your monthly earnings?

Sure but there is a LOT MORE then rent and car payment/insurance to account for.

Depends on how many hours a week you work.  Giving us your hourly with no estimated hours worked is not enough info.

Your rent should not be more than 1/3 your gross monthly income.  So do the math.

car payment and insurance $200 a month?  Is that a typo?  76+150=200. Got it. My bad.  Do you know how many people have a $76 car payment. Less than 1/2 of 1%.

As an LPN, what would your hours be?  Three 12 hour shifts a week?
That's 1872 hours in a year.
21.50 x 1872 = $40000 a year
if your rent is $1245 a month, you should be able to afford it but you won't have much left over.

again, depends on the units
