Miami or Tampa? Which city has better living and working environment?

I prefer Tampa to Miami.

Miami - parties , drugs , females , beaches and more activities but  more violence in the suburban and city area 

Tampa Bay -  the same with beaches , females , parties but its more peaceful and calm of a city 

 Both are in south florida and warm all year round .

neither, orlando has disneyland. the others are to full of imported gansters.

"Better" is an opinion so yo have to decide for yourself unless you live your entire life based on other people's opinions.
