BNO是否康港護照？？？？？？

In most of the case, BN(O) Passport is a kind of Hong Kong Passports.

Even BN(O) and HKSAR Passports are issued by different countries (BN(O) - U.K., HKSAR - China via Hong Kong), they are issued only to residents of Hong Kong. In most instances, both BN(O) and HKSAR Passports share the same visa requirement.

So unless you are told otherwise, BN(O) is always a Hong Kong Passport.
