What is it like living in Fulton County, GA? ?
Is it worth the move? I’m coming from near New Jersey. I’m tired of North cost of living.

Georgia is full of racist inbred morons.
Imagine a city in the south with a lot of gay black men and that is what it is like.
Where is "near New Jersey"? New Jersey is over 8700 square miles, 22,600 square km, and you write nearby which means New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland sections.
Fulton County includes the city of Atlanta, suburbs, and rural areas in the middle of nowhere.
Cost of living is many things and so is earnings and income.
There is definitely a cost of moving. You do not state anything about either place of where you are at or where you are going.
Wilmington Delaware is 12km from one place in New Jersey.
Overall, Wilmington, Delaware is 16.4% cheaper than Atlanta, Georgia in Fulton County. Fulton County is the most expensive part of Georgia. It averages 12% over the US National average. New Jersey as a whole is 20% over the national average.
That doesn't discuss individual places or earnings at jobs at a location.
per comment,
Often, salaries are lower where cost of living is less.
People from New Jersey have been moving to Florida.
The people in the southern US can be odd compared to northern. In the south, they are polite to you in person and talk behind your back.
You have not stated much of anything in the question, but I liked living in Raleigh NC area and in Austin, TX.
Never move to a place until you visit it.
Near New Jersey? You don't know exactly where you are?
Other than relatively mild winters and lower cost of living, it's no different from living in the Northeast. You would only experience significant changes to your life if you moved to a completely different country.
