Is bullying ever acceptable? Eamples: Annoying, rude people that are too self-centred to know better & avoid being disciplined.?

This question is for all age groups; adults, teens, and kids under 13 (who have their parents permission to be here and post). Whether it be in a workplace, schoolyard, social club, sports team, etc.

Yes, but only as a last resort to make "the bully" understand what it is like to be on the receiving end of bullying so they bully can gain empathy.

In america it's very acceptable to be rude and to bully other people since we are not a civilized country. Money is more important than morals in this nasty country

Back when I was in school if your parents didn't discipline you me and the other two biggest kids in our class would. Things went rather smoothly actually.
