Should 13.8 meter double-decker buses be introduced in Hong Kong?

Right now, the longest double-decker bus in Hong Kong is 12.8 meters in length. Would longer buses be suitable for the terrains in Hong Kong ?

Much of "the terrain" on Hong Kong is no different to that in any other city.
You are not going to get any double decker buses up any of the peak gradient roads though.
