i've blacked out drunk too many times to count .. 

False almost all the time for almost all people.  You'd have to be so drunk as to be near death to have such memory loss.

for me false. i've gotten drunk quite a few times still remember most of it. 

i remember one guy said "this guys a weak sauce" to me when i first met him and pretty much fell asleep on the edge of a couch and fell on the table next to me and it make a loud noise. i was actually drinking with a friend prior to anyone else showing up so i had more to drink then he did MUCH more.

That can be true, indeed.
But someone who does not remember what they did the night before .. should not be drinking at all. Ever. They are an accident looking for prison time.

Same for women who do not remember .. they also need to stop drinking.  But usually, rather than being an accident looking for prison, they are an accident looking for being raped.
