Last week I took one of my active combined pills at 10 pm on Monday, completely forgot about tuesday’s dose, then when I went to take it Wednesday I realized and just took 2 pills at the same time and continued to take pills regularly the rest of the pack, basically took a pill 24 hours AFTER I was supposed to. I got scared because I had unprotected sex (he did not pull out) on Thursday after missing 2 pills, went and bought a Plan B on Friday and took it 15 hours after the unprotected sex.
I started my placebo week this week, supposed to get my bleed on Wednesday, my boobs have been very sore and I have had random back pain and cramps but very little, also gotten slightly nauseous but barely. Am I going to be okay?
Missed birth control pill, took Plan B, worries about pregnancy?

It's best to take the pill at about the same time every day but occasionally missing one day and taking two together is usually OK. So taking Plan B was being over cautious. You may find you get side effects from Plan B and it may upset your cycle. Keep taking the daily pill according to the schedule whether you have bleeding or not.
