Does one reach a point where that which one has lived and what is illusion, is revealed?

I have lived a very full life of what I perceived to be real. I now live as I truly feel. What's the difference?

Illusion is misperception. As one grows in experience they become more able to perceive things correctly (generally and ideally speaking).

I guess that nearly everyone lives their life thinking the things they perceive are real or correct.

I'm not certain as to what meaning your words are meant to convey, so I'm not sure what the difference is, but the impression I'm getting is that you feel you were mistaken before as to how you thought you should live your life, and now you've changed your mind. Perhaps you had thoughts that you suppressed in favor of someone else's advice. Perhaps the difference is that you feel freer and more confident than you once did.

On the premise or proviso that your virtual cyber spiritual life has been a life lived well upright and in a fashion worthy of note, then the virtual manifesting into reality, or our superconscious becoming our reality will be whatever we invested, planted seeds of our living and thoughts. However we must have resolved the unconscious or subconscious that our consciousness immediate be reconciled, in perfect synergy with both consciousnesses. According to this criteria with a few additional applied factors and algorithmic equations the transition or fusion should be perfectly one in physical spiritual intellectualness.

It's called the Resurrection, in the manner of Saint Paul's "I die daily."

C. S. Lewis wrote a book, a novella, about this process, entitled "The Great Divorce."

If one cares to pray, simply, briefly, sincerely, that tends to be effectual, in terms of harmonizing one's will with God's will, which is always good.

Doing so before nightly sleep permits one's soul to rise more purely, swiftly, and clearly to realms of Light, receive fellowship with the Saints and Angels as they assist one's soul's rise.

Even keeping a dream journal in the morning may show patterns similar to e.g. the inspiration of Saint Joseph, who received Angelic guidance as to the Divinity of his son, Christ Jesus.

One's love is one's surest moral compass, and giving love wisely to all is very helpful.
