You can make (two modal verbs) feel (verb) better by joggling(=fast walk or trot) home to save time and money.
Amendment: While you are feeling homesick for being away from home,If that doesn't happen you will feel better.
NO, YOU HAVE TO FACE TO THE REALITY
Are you asking an answer for this question OR do you wish to find the explanation of this sentence.
This writing is very poor. Surely non-English writing.
Such as
"miss home" in English = home sick 思鄉/家 ... contradict the next part...
"get off outside home" is Chinese sentence/thoughts走出屋外. I think it means "go out" or "take a break" or "step outside"...
"its can make...fell(跌倒)" is wrong grammar/sentence structure/spelling. I think it means "it can make you feel better"
Finally, the whole sentence is not a question, even though it start with "When". If it is a question, it should be "When do you...?" or "When will you...?"
So I guess your "?" means you ask the meaning of this "statement" in which my guess is that it is poorly written by a non-English writer just to tell you to "go out more" and " not just stay inside" even if you feel lonely. 不要呆在家中,多出外走走,心情便會舒暢。
Get drunk and get laid...
