Sleep. Plenty of people live to be VERY old, without ever having participated in structured exercise of any kind. No one can survive indefinitely without sleep. Sleep is like food or water, it's a "need" (necessity) for life, not an option.

We all need adequate sleep and lack of sleep can cause all sorts of issues for us. it's good to maintain an active lifestyle, of course, but exercise does nothing if all we do is eat junk
