I only have a couple that blocked me. What's annoying about it, is that most the time they post anonymously, and then Yahoo doesn't make it known you're blocked until after you've responded and then it won't post, so just wasted 45 seconds of my life.

No, it could also mean that the question no longer accept new answers. This is common on questions that were posted years ago.

Blocked, or you already answered it, or you already answered it and deleted the answer, or it's some sort of glitch (unlikely, but it happens).
