My laptop doesn’t have a disc drive can I use my game console as one? ?

I own so many game consoles, ps1, ps2, PS3, PS4, xb360, xbone, a DVD player too. All I want to do is save an old music CD and put it on iTunes on my laptop. You’d think that with my choices here of 7 different devices that all read and play CDs that I don’t need to buy yet another device to simply put a music CD onto my laptop. Can I connect any of the consoles or my DVD player to my laptop as a music cd disc drive or something? It’s not about saving $20 but I really don’t want another device sitting around my house that collects dust.

Nope. Game consoles cannot be used as optical drives on a PC. As a matter of fact, none of the consoles can interact with your PC except for some specific network functions like serving media files to a console over the network (if the console supports it).
However, you can buy a USB based DVD drive for about $30 or less that will let you use CDs/DVDs on your laptop.

Either buy an external DVD player or purchase a downloadable copy on Apple music/iTunes store

sadly, those are all incompatible with your laptop

It's not the number of tools you have that matters. It's having the right one for the right job. If you don't want to buy another gadget, have someone else do it for you, one who has the right tool - a computer with an optical drive and software for ripping CDs.
