three-race classification system

the typical Latino was classified as "Caucasöid"
though some were classified as "mixed" (or "mulatto", to use a now-derogatory term)
and some were classified as "Negröid"
probably mostly depending on how dark their skin tone.

For example: the residents of Hispaniola (after they were wiped out by Columbus and replaced by African slaves) were typically classified as Negröid
while the residents of Argentina were typically classified as Caucasöid.

Note that there were other classification systems proposed by scientists of the day
- for example: one that identified Native Americans as a fourth race
- for example: one that identified Polynesians as a fourth race

Hispanics as I understand the term are just white people. I've never seen an Hispanic person I wouldn't call white. So Caucasian.

The Roman Latin system for race isn't compatible with the system you're trying to use. Latina, Iberia Hispania, Iberia Caucasia are all different places. They all predate the discovery the Americas and the idea of race by skin color.

Iberia Hispania was the Roman Latin name for what's now the modern countries of Spain and Portugal (and few other smalls places). There have been many groups living in Hispania over history. Everyone from Roman Latins / Trojans, Celts and Gallics to Jews and African Arabs.

Not all people from Hisapnia could claim a blood line link to Latina. It was Julian family who granted the all of Hispania their Latin rites. Not all the Roman Gens (Families / Pure bloods) agree with this ... there for most of them are Latino and not Latini.

For a short period of time, parts of Mezoamerica was called Nova Hispania. In this context, it's used like New Englander.

The congoid/caucasoid/mongoloid categorisation was proven wrong around 1950, and therefor is not scientific
