That's quite normal. Flaccid length can vary a great deal. The average adult erect penis is between 5 and 5.5 inches long.

A 5 incher is actually a very nice size and frankly you just need to get over it because there's nothing you can do to change it.

That's not so bad actually. Mine flaccid is just 2" and only 4" erect, and I'm older than you!
