Why are the majority of questions on here about religion ?

Actually, few questions on the site are about religion. Even in the Religion & Spirituality subcategory you'll see a lot of questions about topics other than religion.  https://answers.yahoo.com/dir/index?sid=396545163

Not sure where you are looking that you feel there are many religious based questions on the site, but in general that's never been the case and still isn't from what I see here daily.

Yes, there are a lot of people interested in fighting over religion here.  People are just crazy over this subject and will attack anyone who disagrees with them either about the religion or about if there is or is not a God.

But both Polls and Surveys and Policies also have a big crowd fighting and attacking others that don't agree with them.

This is a crazy world we live in.

Religion? Ha. I see more politic subjects on here and mankind rants 

They aren't.  You are just making an assumption that you can't factually support

The questions you get on your YA feed are determined by the server computers that track which categories & subcategories you visit most. I got a 2 day old question in Astronomy and Space  posted from the U.K. I go to Astronomy & Space a lot. Once I answered that question it disappeared from my feed. I rarely go to or answer questions in Religion & Mythology. 
There are 2 things you should not discuss with strangers, politics and religion/faith. Adults can sometimes agree to disagree, but not always.
