Hi! I have an iPhone and I have the YouTube app. It’s always worked, and when I search for videos, it always seems to work. For a really weird reason, all of the sudden, when I tap the search bar and try to search for videos, it only shows channels playlists. I went into settings and made sure that it would show me “all” results and it wasn’t on “playlists” or “channels.” Just to see what would happen, I hit “videos” in the search results settings, tried to search something, and nothing showed up, just a white screen with the search bar. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Try uinstalling updates on the app. Then search for videos. Can always update it at a later time after giving it a try. Also go to YouTube Settings and then History and delete the search and watch history

More than likely Google made some change to Youtubes search algorithm or something along those lines. Try doing a Google search from your browser and see if those results seem odd as well.
