Outlet voltage too high?
Since ive moved to my apartment. Ive had two microwaves stop working properly in mere weeks. Ive never had problems anywhere else ive lived so i thought it may be the outlets. I tested them and they are at 126 volts all together. Obviously over the normal 120 range, but would this damage a microwave?

Highly unlikely because gadgets are designed to handle such fluctuations
In North America 126v is within but near the edge of "acceptable" of the utility standard.
ANSI C84.1 specifies the steady-state voltage tolerances for an electrical power system. The standard divides voltages into two ranges. Range A is the optimal voltage range. Range B is acceptable, but not optimal.
Ø Range A minimum voltage is 90% of nominal voltage
Ø Range A maximum voltage is 105% of nominal voltage
Ø Range B minimum voltage is 86.7% of nominal voltage
Ø Range B maximum voltage is 105.8% of nominal voltage
120v Nominal
Range A 108 to 125v
Range B 106 to 127v
110v is more like normal. check several more outlets in your house and on different circuits. then call your power company and ask them what voltage you should be experiencing.
example: i've seen a situation where some outlets were 135 volts and others were 85 volts. This is a power supply problem in the line from the transformer to your house, or in the transformer itself, and is the power company's issue to resolve.
If this proves to be the case, try to file a claim for the damaged microwaves with the power company.
