買樓後，巳入伙一年，買樓前剛剛完成大廈維修，上一首業主巳全付維修費用，而市政局大廈維修資助現在繳付尾期資助，我想問這期資助應該是我取還是上首業主去取?

The current owner should be entitled for the sponsor.
The issue is not about who paid for the repair, but who is the owner.
So unless mentioned otherwise, by selling the property, the previous owner gave up his/her/their rights to collect.

當然是上手業主，除非你們是同名同姓，連身分證號碼也一樣

當然是房屋所有權人領，去查前屋主是否已申請領取，還沒的話就是由你領
