I like this boy or whatever ?

Alright so I don’t usually catch feelings but I like this kids energy and he’s cute . At first it was just like for fun talking to him like a friend, but now it’s like I want him to ask me out but he’s always joking around so I never know if he like like me or is playing. However he says cute things and said he likes me but he only hits me up when it’s late or if he horny. I always wanna get to know him better but he never does , so how does he like me if we don’t know anything about each other. I mean yeah he turns me on my hormones be acting up lately and he knows so on Snapchat he is always tryna turn me on , but I always say no cuz I ain’t his hoe. should I just tell him how I feel or nah? My problem is I always act like I ain’t got feelings and i don’t wanna do that anymore. Thanks for any advice I know this sounds stupid lolll.
