英文怎麼寫? 對方要求不良品退貨文件上寫:samples without commercial value 但是因為工廠在保稅區內,不良品只能用RMA方式退回, 不能用樣品名義寄出....求助~請問要怎麼寫這段話的英文?

---A complaint for defect in the system of "product" from you to our manufacturing factory in the form of RMA bonded area is processing.
---If you wish to sending back, I shall be grateful if you change the caption-title from "sample" to "product" w/o commercial value. Otherwise, you'll be taxed again by the Customs and Excise Dept.officers.
