Best shift morning or evening ?

i have new job in grocery store
boss asks me

your schedule, do you want evening or morning?

evening = 4PM to 00:00AM

morning = 5AM to 1PM

best shift and why ?

Depends on you. Are you an early morning person?? If so, pick the morning shift. I always liked the swing shift 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm. I could sleep late & still run a few errands, or do as I pleased till 3:30 in the afternoon.

And choose the evening shift, if you're not an early morning person.
