Why is caffeine not labeled?

Literally every atom these days is labeled and categorized in drinks and food yet caffeine is still a total mystery. I’ve never seen or heard of any measurable technique for caffeine levels in basic commodities.. WHY? I mean you can legit overdose and die on caffeine yet it’s never once labeled or measured for the public to see. This is weird to me. And ridiculous. I get it you can’t get fat off caffeine so it’s not labeled but wow
