Short interview is good or bad ?

Not a good sign.   Sounds like they might have already made their choice and went through with their scheduled interviews anyway.

5 minutes, not good. 15 might be ok

If you presented yourself as shortly, lazily, and uneducated as your presentation of English here indicates a lot about you...Yes. It was bad that it was short.

Could be either. If he got what he wanted, it's good. If he didn't get what he wanted, it's bad. Would longer time have changed anything?

Can't tell if it's good or bad. Usually bad, unless you have some right-on experience they want and are a shoe-in for the job.

A lot of managers find that interviews can be a time waster.  I would check out the work history,  the appearance of the applicant and his or her application,  whether they showed up on time,  neatly dressed.   And, if the refs check out. 
What else is there?  It isn't a date.  
So, it isn't good or bad - just the way they did things in that store. 

Maybe they planned to hire you anyway so went through the interview quickly, just think of it that way at least.
