What's the difference between Warm and hot in english?

"Hot" is hotter than "warm".
"Warm" is warmer than "cold".

I would offer that "hot" is beyond the temperature that you can touch it continuously.

"Warm" is comfortable to touch.

Cold - Cool - Warm - Hot

This is the order of things.

Warm is usually considered comfortable while hot is uncomfortable.

You can touch and hold a warm object. A hot object will cause burns of varying degrees. 

Something that's merely hot is still much hotter than something that's very very warm.

Hot is at a higher temperature than warm.

30 C.....warm 70C ...Hot.

hot:  having a relatively high temperature

The molecules are moving faster when something is hot than when it is warm.

That warm is hot at an OK level while hot is warm at an unbearable level.

Warm means slightly hot
