and the problem with "therapeutic dose" is that the term is used in the sense of "a dose so high you can be certain that it's not too little" - which means it can easily be 10 or 25 times as much as you actually need

There is no medical evidence to show that it does.

THC does not lower your blood sugar it will probably increase it because THC will stimulate you to eat sugary things

i would ask your doctor or a pharmacist this question
