Can’t usually get wet in front of boyfriend but can by myself—why?

When I’m masturbating by myself I get extremely wet very quickly, and always have. I don’t think in the past I’ve gotten wet with very many boyfriends or hookups though. I’m 19 and my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. I love him and get turned on but we always have to use lube or else I get hurt from the dryness :/ it’s been like this for a while and I’ve rarely gotten wet by myself when we are together even though I want to have sex with him. It’s very annoying. I don’t smoke or have any lubrication problem (I can do it by myself any time) so i don’t know. Any advice would be great thanks :)

Have you talked to a Gynecologist about this? I think that would be a good idea.

When you are with your BF, do you "help" yourself? There's obviously not a physical issue which leaves tricks by the old brain. Are you uptight in any way about sex? Is what he doing what you like?
Sounds like combining sex with you helping yourself get to where you want to be would be a solution to try.

You need to incorporate foreplay into it, guys are dumb and think they can just ram it in without doing anything else. He needs to stimulate you, I always do this unless me and my GF are doing a quickie before bed or something, if that's the case then we lube it up, otherwise a little oral and some play with the boobs does the trick.
