What is going on here how do I save this relationship.?

I got let go from my job, she is one of my best friends and I felt a real connection with her like we really cared about each other. 

Now she isn’t getting back to me she is one of my best friends I don’t know what to say or do. I also felt there was a genuine connection on both sides.

I don’t wish to lose my best friend I need help.
