How easy to go ice white platinum blonde hair?

My natural hair colour is medium reddish brown. I dyed it jet black with box dye then I professionally got a dark to medium blonde balayage. How hard would it be to now go platinum blonde?

Red is hard to lift, as is black.
It would probably take at least a couple of liftings (bleaching) to get it even and that light.
