How can I keep him from bothering my body?
I been suffering from Schizoaffective Disorder for 16 years.
I'm a 34 year old male. And it's hard. I just need to get rid of him. he controls my body. He always tells me what to do. I just been dealing with him for 9 years. I also created an imaginary friend named Marlon because of satan. I just want to get some peace in my life. I just deal with him always telling me what to do.
What can I do about this situation?

Take your daily medication and NEVER miss a dose or go off of it. And the voices in your head and the hallucinations and delusions will stop.
Maybe you should ask the doctor about hospitalization at this point.
