When I'm around women my eyes get fixated at inappropriate places it's either because I have fear based obsession of women which makes me avoid looking at them so I end up kind of thinking about them I avoid looking at them which becomes kind of a creepy thing and it makes me very uncomfortable and the women as well. I start sweating and feel like running away.
So because of that I cant even take any job or make any friends or even have any self respect. I dont know what to do? Any idea what I should do
What job can I do with such an embarrasing issues ?

Instead of worrying about what NOT to do, focus on what TO do. When speaking with a woman, look her in the eyes, or at the bridge of her nose. If your eyes wander to an inappropriate place, practice "bouncing" your gaze back to their eyes.
In the same way, instead of trying to avoid thinking about them sexually, focus on what they're saying, and what question you might need to ask to bring out more detail. Example: If a woman in the supermarket asks you whether that soup is any good, think about the soup - Does she like spicy food? Is the name brand worth the price? Is it about the cheapest balanced meal you can get, if you add some bread?
