十年前爭星展卡數，依家寄左封律師信黎?

總欠約八萬蚊，要我五日內還清，但係我最近連工都無開(身體問題)，亦都無任何物業、值錢既野、住公屋、屋企只有基本生活必需品、電腦、雪櫃等，依家寄左封律師信黎，過款之餘仲要比1000律師費，如果唔係就會上庭，唔排除申請財產扣押、申請破產令..................想問，依家我真係原全還唔到，可以點做？
