事因我嫲遺產將佢所住既唐樓分別比左我同我堂哥。但2邊關係都較差,呢家聯絡唔到對方,電話唔聽,亦唔知佢住邊。其實已問過律司,轉名要對方簽名(但果邊一定唔肯)。另外方法就係拍賣行或投資者接手,但價錢一定會好低。我想請問如果投資者接手唔需要對方簽名,我可否搵屋企人或朋友當係投資者接手?

This is not the method at all.

The proper method is to initiate a lawsuit requesting a court order for the forced sale.
