You shouldn't trust it.
Rather
if there is an answer to a question there that you find persuasive
you should check the Bible passages cited for yourself and see if they really do support that answer.

The same is true of any web site
or any preacher.

On a basic level
you should only trust
that which is clearly and unambiguously supported by Scripture.

On a more advanced level
there are other sources that are trustworthy (but less so than Scripture).

Can't think of a reason offhand.

People will let you down and disappoint, but God will never let you down.
I put my trust in God. Always check what man has to say with the Word of God, The Bible.

Psalms 118:8 “It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.”

A person can better distinguish truth from fiction by reciting the rosary every day with care. The rosary is an excellent means of battling false teachings and beliefs

Test all things with the Scriptures... it's a pretty good site though. They do strive to be Bible-based. I know quite a few Bible based sites.

Many times you shouldn't. Although they are solid on many issues, they are way off on others. The BIBLE is what truly matters. While I sometimes use the Gotquestions.org website as a resource, I never just blindly accept what they say. The website promotes "lordship salvation" and supports pastors like John MacArthur who teach such heresies. That's why you need to be careful when using that site as a source of information.

Because we have all sinned against a perfectly holy and righteous God, we all deserve eternal separation from God in hell (Rom. 6:23). However, God loves us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die on the cross as our Substitute so we don't have to go to hell. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later (1 Cor. 15:3-4). He gives eternal life freely to anyone who simply believes in Him. No one can be saved by doing good works. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Eph. 2:8-9).

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life" (John 6:47).
