Leaked NASA/NOAA report states models tend to underestimate the observed trends of global warming, does that mean we have less than 12 years?

That report would probably be public, rather than leaked not for the fact that the government does not want us to know about it.

The official government line on global warming is, "The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive." If scientists were to lie for the government, that is what they would be saying.

The AGW cultists dismiss the data from the tide markers as being "non standard measurements". Instead they substitute data from places like the island of Vanuatu, which is claiming to be losing land due to "sea level rise". In reality, Vanuatu is sinking due to subsidence caused by pumping the water out of the aquifer under the island. The islands around Vanuatu are not "losing land" at all. The AGW cultists also do things like place thermometers in areas which are affected by a/c exhaust. It is all a gigantic fraud.

No. It means NASA and the NOAA were ignoring realty and reporting the results of "computer models" as being the same as observed data. Doing that (using manipulated computer models) is a standard tactic of the AGW cult.

I am convinced we will not limit the warming to 1.5C I seriously doubt we will be able to limit it to 2C. Last year the Trump administration released a report that stated that global warming is going to cost the US about half a trillion a year by the end of this century.
