There is no need for a particular bank to process a particular transaction at exactly the same time every day.

Are you talking about the same time of day? It shows in your account when your bank processes the pending transactions for the day, almost always done overnight. Does it really matter to you whether that's 3 am or 5?

Because it's sent out at different times, or takes different times to clear because of heavy traffic or whatever. 100 reasons.

There are many variables that could impact when you get your DD.
- when your company sends their DD file to their bank
- when their bank sends it through the ACH processing center (for distribution to the other banks)
- when your bank receives it
- when your bank processes it.

Probably something to do with you bank and how quickly they can process the payment. You may be depositing it at the same time but a random amount of people could be using the banks services on that day.
