Yes, if your spine curvature pulls on your neck, whether or not the neck itself is effected. *Have severe scoliosis, both curvatures over 50 degrees and for a few years had much worse throat pain from it, much throat pain (specifically) has subsided but it still effects throat and neck muscles. You may want to do neck exercises but be aware some may make condition worse
