Loss of balance, lower back pain, neck pain, and brain fog?

What could pressure in head and headache, pain and sometimes numbness only the right side of body, lower right back pain, pain in back of the neck, vision can sometimes get blurry, brain fog sometimes, burning pain sometimes in lower right leg,
