My niece passed on me and wife on fixed income from NY to FL cant afford how to tell this to my-sister 9/11/2019?

I feel guilty 72 years old , I hear its 110 degrees in FL and to pay to ride to airport then air fare and car rental food and what not ,we dont have that much saved however you know sisters and brothers , they think yule beg ,borrow and steal to go? what do-you suggest to say to her when the call comes tomorrow?
