Is it okay to take spedifen 400mg (powder) when taking apetamin?

I started taking apetamin because I'm 20 and a little underweight. But the other thing is i have a headache sometimes because I had bacterial meningitis 10 years ago, just a minor long term effect. I took the apetamin about 1 hour ago but I also have a headache and wanna take a painkiller, is it okay to take spedifen?
