Was he hinting about me liking him? Or am I overthinking?

There was a cartoon on the TV in the break room, it was a small and tall character kissing and hugging.
I was laughing at it then my coworker said "it's like you and me" and smiled.
(he is tall and I'm small)
I don't know if it was just a reference to our height difference or hinting at something else, we do flirt a lot.
