我明白是指"每個人被要求與一個同事結伴"
但是後面這句and find him or her at the predetermined meeting place during fire drills.
我不明白要怎麼翻這裡的find要翻做什麼? 還有做find這個動作的主詞是什麼如果主詞是every employee 那不是應該用finds嗎?
如果主詞不是every employee為什麼可以用and連結兩個句子還省略主詞?
能否請高手整句翻給我謝謝~

每一員工被要求須找到一夥伴並且他或她需出現在消防演練的預定會合點
to pair up ------------- and(to省略) find him -------，係二個不定詞片語以and連接
