Does China brainwashing minorities in Gulags and grabbing Hong Kong residents for their penal tortures mean military buildup?

Of course not. China has been doing that all the time. It's a totalitarean regime. That's what they do.

Yeah, no doubt. They have facial recognition software cameras everywhere and are ethnically cleansing an/or brainwashing ethnic minorities into a mighty Han invasion force. Grabbing Hong Kong people used to 99 years under British Democracy and torturing them in their horrible prisons is a further extension of China's human rights abuses. I sure as hell would not travell there now unless I were part of a huge invasion force myself.
