Can I drop off a Fedex smartpost package at my local usps post office for a eBay return ? Don t have a fedex location?

No. USPS is not fedex and has nothing to do with Fedex packages. You must go to your nearest fedex location.

The post office has nothing to do with Fed Ex. They are competitors.

you can schedule a FedEx pickup on their website.
some post offices have fedex pickup, but not all...

Go to the Fedex site and see if they can pick it up or if there is a location for a box to send it from.
