Does the Royal Caribbean Voyager Class still look modern ~20 years later?

I took a cruise on the Voyager of the Seas back in 2005, still a good looking ship then. I know the Voyager class has had refurbishments since then but the overall décor in some areas looks quite the same as it was in 1999? Compared to the Sovereign class looking dated from 1988-2004 before its refurbishment. Does anyone else think this?

I recently took a cruise on the Costa Victoria, and the ship had to be at LEAST 20 years old.

They claimed it had been recently "refurbished".......but in all honestly, the decor and the ship itself was ANCIENT compared to the Pacifica and Fabuloso.........which were far newer ships.

You simply can't compare anything built in the last decade to anything built before that.

What they do these days, is just mind boggling.

Also, with older ships......the staff was a lot more sluggish........a lot more robotic.....clearly burnt out.

On the newer ships.....everyone just has energy shooting from their fingertips. Crews are still fresh and energentic on newer ships. On the Vittoria......there were signs everywhere, that maintenence was often an afterthought.
